Rooted Operations Initiatives exists for one reason: most growing businesses are great at the work they were built to do — and stretched thin everywhere else.

We're an operations partner for businesses that have outgrown the spreadsheet but aren't ready to staff up a full back office. Payroll, bookkeeping, project management, and the systems that hold HR data — we run all of it, the way an in-house team would, without the in-house overhead.
